What is the Cornhole Classic? The Cornhole Classic & Parking Lot Party is an opportunity for HFC families and friends to gather together for an evening of fun.  The event will include a single elimination cornhole tournament, a BYO tailgate party, player/parent vs. coach dodgeball & other challenges, live & silent auctions, and more. 

  

Why does HFC hold a fall fundraiser? Proceeds from the Cornhole Classic are used to support HFC’s need-based financial assistance program which helps qualifying families fill the gap between their ability to pay and the cost of HFC membership. 

 

What is our fall fundraising goal? Our 2023 fall fundraising goal is $20,000.  This is an ambitious goal.  We need your generous hearts to attain it.  

 

What percentage of proceeds are used to support the need-based financial assistance program? 100%!  In the past, HFC has held the fall fundraiser at an offsite venue.  We chose to hold the event at HFC again this year so that all of the proceeds will go to HFC.

 

Do I need to bring my own food and drinks? The Cornhole Classic is similar to a tailgate party.  If you purchase a VIP Party Spot, you will have an assigned location (see map below) to set up a 10x10 pop-up tent, fire pit, BBQ grill, chairs, etc.  

 

Do I need to register?  You are not required to register but we hope you will reserve a spot online.  If you are not able to attend, please visit the registration page to make a monetary donation to to support our efforts.  Register for a VIP Spot, to play in the single elimination cornhole tournament, or to make a donation.

 

Is there a timeline of events?  Tailgate, cornhole tournament, silent auction, music and more will begin at 4pm.  At 7pm, the live auction will begin and the silent auction will end.  Silent auction winners will be posted at 8pm.

 

Can I make a donation to the auction?  YES!  Please email hfc@hoosierfc.com if you are able to donate an item to the live or silent auction.  We will promote a different business each week leading up to the event.  Don’t miss out!
