Hoosier FC is proud to announce our March 25, 2011 Fundraiser Dinner to be held at Forest Park Inn in Noblesville.
The event will start at 7:00 pm and include a "Silent Auction" on many fantastic items that have been
generously donated by individuals and businesses.
We have flying lessons, jewelry gift certificates and many more.
The dinner is being catered by Ruth Chris' Executive Chef, our own Rolf Meisterhans. Rolf has promised a meal to remember (menu below).
Cost for the dinner is $50/couple or $30/person.
We'd like to stress that this is Fundraiser for the Club and we're hoping for enthusiastic participation in the auction items. Look for a detailed list as we get closer to the event. The bad part of the event is our facility can only hold 150 people. So, attendance must be reserved in advance (first response, first served).
There is a deadline of March 15 to reserve your place. We do expect that we'll hit capacity so respond NOW!! (procedure below).

-Ahi Tuna with a Mustard Sauce
-Cajun Crab dip
Buffet: 8PM:
-Carving Station: Prime Rib, Pork Roast and Turkey breast
-Garlic Mashed potatoes
-Roasted Redskins potatoes
-Creamed Corn
-Green beans
-Caesar Salad
-Field greens with Dressings
-A Variety of desserts
